Made from 6061 grade aluminium giving them strength, with a shorter handle that makes these spanners more usable in tight spaces. They have rounded edges for comfort and are hard anodised in a variety of colours for a long lasting appearance, and the ability to identify them at a glance.

AN: AN stands for “Army-Navy” and refers to a standard sizing system developed originally by the U.S. military for aircraft fittings. AN sizes are designated by a number, which corresponds to the outside diameter of the tubing in 1/16-inch increments. For example, AN-4 refers to tubing with an outside diameter of 4/16 inch, which is 1/4 inch.
