Kinsler Mechanical Fuel Pump – Kinsler Tough Pump 300 to 1600 Series (REGULAR ROTATION)

This listing is for the REGULAR Rotation pumps which are mounted on the front of the camshaft. For reverse rotation pumps, click here (mount to the rear of the camshaft).

Features:

• Decrease in demand on pressure relief valves throughout the rev range, especially at idle, due to flow output being directly related to engine RPM.
• Decrease in demand on the electrical system due to no electric draw.
• Greater fuel compatibility due to an internal coating within the pumps parts that are resistance to methanol corrosion (many electric pumps are not corrosion resistant).
• Increased fuel pressure, with these pumps being capable of 300+ PSI.

Kinsler has released a Kinsler Tough Pump Series 1 Pump (300 to 700), Kinsler Tough Pump Series 2 Pump (800 to 1300) and Kinsler Tough Pump (1600).

The horsepower and fuel being used will dictate the required pump size.

Pump Sizes:

• 200 – 250 Series  | Max Pump Shaft Speed (RPM) = 7000 | Minimum Inlet Fitting Size = 8AN
• 300 Series            | Max Pump Shaft Speed (RPM) = 6000 | Minimum Inlet Fitting Size = 8AN
• 400 – 500 Series | Max Pump Shaft Speed (RPM) = 6000 | Minimum Inlet Fitting Size = 10AN – 12AN
• 550 Series            | Max Pump Shaft Speed (RPM) = 6000 | Minimum Inlet Fitting Size = 12AN
• 600 – 700 Series | Max Pump Shaft Speed (RPM) = 5000 | Minimum Inlet Fitting Size = 12AN
• 900 – 1300 Series | Max Pump Shaft Speed (RPM)= 5000 | Minimum Inlet Fitting Size = 16AN

**These ratings are for Methanol, add around 30% to those figures for Ethanol and 60% for pump gas.
