Haltech Nexus R5 Harness – R5 Universal Harness (5m)
The Nexus R5 Universal Harness is supplied with a set of ECU connectors at one end and unterminated, colour-coded and labelled wires at the other. This does mean this is not a plug-n-play unit, the harness of this unit will require you to follow a wiring diagram for installation!
- Colour coded and labelled wires that match the detailed wiring diagram for a confusion free construction process.
- The wiring diagram is accompanied by the full VCU manual and Software located on the USB key provided with the VCU, or downloadable from the Haltech Website.
Designed for engine swaps and custom wiring projects, follow the wiring diagram supplied, load the base map and you’re ready to go!

- Firewall grommet (63.5mm / 2.5” outer diameter)

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $1000 AUD. For orders under $1000 AUD, live shipping rates will be available for you on the cart and check out pages. We offer shipping with Australia Post and Aramex. For urgent orders, we recommend Australia Post Express.

How long until my order would be dispatched?
With over 10,000 parts listed, we simply don’t carry them all! While we continue to grow our stock, please contact us prior to purchase to confirm availability/lead time if your order is urgent.
For most Haltech parts. orders will dispatch in 1 – 3 business days. At times, Haltech does experience out of stock periods (without notice) – if this occurs, we will contact you immediately.

How long will shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your exact location as well as the couriers own timelines! As a general guide, see below. Please note, orders to WA are considered Rural for shipping guidelines and all timelines are approximate from the date your receive your tracking number.
