Haltech Nexus R5 Tube Mount Kit (1.625″)

Used to mount the Nexus R5 VCU to 1.625″ tube found in vehicles with roll bars/cages.

• 1 x Mounting Plate
• 2 x 1.625″ Tube Clamps

Notes: Brackets are made from CNC machined 6061 Aluminium and then anodized for a durable black finish.

Installation:

Use the provided M6 countersunk screws to secure the mounting plate to the two 1.25″ tube clamps using the specified holes shown in the diagram.

Secure the Nexus R5 VCU to the mounting plate using the mounting bolts supplied with the VCU.

Find a suitable location on the roll bar or roll cage and tighten clamps around the tube as shown
