Please call us prior to ordering if you are unsure if the part you are going to order is correct! We do not offer refunds due to change of mind. Our team is happy to help, so please give us a call on 07 4602 3858.
Give us a call and find out! If you are looking for a product not listed on our site, please do not hesitate to get in touch on 07 4602 3858 or send an email to sales@srsparts.com.au. If we stock other parts from that brand, there is a very good chance we can get it for you!
You will see this on items we may not have in stock today. We may be waiting on back orders to be filled or a supplier may be in high demand, causing a delay. We are currently growing our inventory to ensure the biggest range of items are available on the shelf for your convenience. For a check of stock and ETA’s please give us a call on 07 4602 3858.

SHIPPING FAQS
With over 10,000 parts listed, we simply don’t carry them all! While we continue to grow our stock, please contact us prior to purchase to confirm availability/lead time if your order is urgent. For most parts, your order will dispatch in 1 – 3 business days unless states otherwise on the part website page.
Shipping times vary depending on your exact location as well as the couriers own timelines! As a general guide, see below. Please note, orders to WA are considered Rural for shipping guidelines and all timelines are approximate from the date your receive your tracking number.
Australia Post (Express): Major Cities (1-2 Days), Regional (2-3 Days) and Rural (2-5 Days).
Aramex: Major Cities (2-3 Days), Regional (3-5 Days) and Rural (5-7 Days).
Australia Post (Standard): Major Cities (2-3 Days), Regional (3-5 Days) and Rural (2-5 Days).
If you are ever needing parts urgently or next day, please call us prior to ordering to avoid disappointment! We may be able to offer special shipping options as well to speed up the process.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email from orders@srsparts.com.au.

At Street Race Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that from time to time you may want or need to return a product to us. We have created our Returns Policy to enable you to return products to us under appropriate circumstances, regardless of your geographical location.
