ORDER FAQS
Yes! Our team provide technical support and advice based on our own applications within the SRS workshop. We are open Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm to take your calls or can provide a full consultation. We understand no two builds are the same! Contact us on 07 4602 3858 or sales@srsparts.com.au
The SRS Auto Parts range showcases products we have tried and tested in our builds, both on the street and the track. This has enabled us to share our knowledge and insight into what works and what doesn’t.
Special orders are a common occurrence in our industry. If you are looking for a product not listed on our site, please do not hesitate to get in touch on 07 4602 3858! Or send an email to sales@srsparts.com.au
You will see this on items we may not have in stock today. We may be waiting on back orders to be filled or a supplier may be in high demand, causing a delay. We are currently growing our inventory to ensure the biggest range of items are available on the shelf for your convenience. For a check of stock and ETA’s please give us a call on 07 4602 3858.

SHIPPING FAQS
Currently we have very limited stock on hand as we are waiting on our stock orders. In this case we will try have parts sent out immediately from suppliers to us (SRS) to fulfill your order. Please note wait times may apply to some items such as Plazmaman Intakes, Intercoolers and MCA Suspension.
We offer international shipping on most items! If you are buying a large items, such as a Bullet Billet Block, please contact us for a quote via phone or email at sales@srsparts.com.au
If you have not received tracking information for your parcel yet, please contact us right away and we will help you wherever we can. If your order has been shipped, please see the Returns and Warranties FAQ’s below.
As we build our inventory, delivery times will be reliant on supplier lead times. Any items with significant supplier lead times will have clear messaging within the product online. Please call us for guidance on shipping, especially if you are working to a deadline! Please see a table below giving a guide, based on manufacture timelines.
RETURNS & WARRANTIES FAQS
At Street Race Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that from time to time you may want or need to return a product to us. We have created our Returns Policy to enable you to return products to us under appropriate circumstances, regardless of your geographical location.
Please read our Returns Policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from us in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase. By making a purchase from our Site or our Store, you agree to the terms as outlined in this Policy, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, except where they are superseded by Australian Consumer Law.
